SUMMARY STATEMENT:ย 

The Associate National Account Executive supports the Home Depot Spray Paint business through sales analysis, customer engagement, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:ย 

  • Support management of the Home Depot Spray Paint business, partnering with the National Account Executive to deliver sales, profit, and market share objectives.

  • Analyze POS, inventory, and forecast performance to identify growth opportunities, demand trends, and risks to service levels.ย 

  • Collaborate with forecasting, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to improve product availability and maintain customer fill rate expectations.ย 

  • Prepare customer-facing business reviews, presentations, and sales recaps for Home Depot merchandising and inventory teams.ย 

  • Partner with Category Management, Marketing, and Insights teams to develop fact-based recommendations that drive category growth and shopper conversion.ย 

  • Track customer orders, inventory positions, and service metrics and communicate actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.ย 

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Home Depot merchants, planners, inventory teams, and internal partners to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.ย 

QUALFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in: Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer marketing, category management, or account support, preferably within consumer-packaged goods or retail channels.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify business opportunities and operational risks.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative, accountability, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, store walks, and business reviews.

Salary Target Range: $80,000 - $115,000, bonus eligibleย
