Xtreme Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior Department of State leader in a high-visibility environment where your organization, judgment, and professionalism will directly contribute to critical government operations. This is more than a traditional administrative role. You'll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a key liaison between senior leaders and stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Partner with Executive Leadership
  • Manage complex executive calendars and daily priorities
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, conferences, and special events
  • Prepare background materials and executive-level correspondence

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience; OR
  • Four years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive or administrative capacity
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
