Executive Assistants often handle confidential information and are trusted to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an executive assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Executive Assistant, you need strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in office administration, typically supported by a degree or relevant experience.
