Job description

Sunlight Senior Living is a mission-driven facility and is looking to add an Executive Assistant to the team to assist the management team.
The Executive Assistant should be an individual who is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has the ability to take initiative and follow through on projects. Additionally, the individual should be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and share their passion for working with the elderly.
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing statements, reports, letters, and other documents.
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Filing and retrieving records, documents, and reports.
  • Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and data software.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office.
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
