El/La Asistente Ejecutivo(a) brindará apoyo administrativo y ejecutivo de alto nivel a un ejecutivo C-Level, gestionando agenda, viajes, reuniones y comunicaciones de manera eficiente.

Esta posición requiere alto profesionalismo, discreción y confidencialidad, así como la capacidad de anticipar necesidades, manejar múltiples tareas y trabajar de forma independiente con supervisión mínima.

Además, actuará como enlace entre el ejecutivo y empleados, clientes, proveedores y socios de negocio, manteniendo siempre una imagen profesional.

Responsabilidades principales
  • Brindar apoyo directo al ejecutivo en sus funciones diarias

  • Administrar y coordinar agenda, reuniones y compromisos

  • Coordinar viajes de negocio (vuelos, hospedaje, transportación, itinerarios)

  • Organizar reuniones, visitas y eventos corporativos (incluyendo EBC)

  • Asegurar preparación adecuada de espacios y logística

  • Apoyar en actividades corporativas (meetings, eventos, visitas de clientes)

  • Preparar documentos, informes, presentaciones y correspondencia

  • Tomar minutas y dar seguimiento a tareas y acuerdos

  • Manejar llamadas, correos y comunicaciones del ejecutivo

  • Gestionar reportes de gastos y reembolsos

  • Organizar archivos y documentación confidencial

  • Mantener relaciones profesionales con contactos internos y externos

  • Manejar información sensitiva con discreción

  • Anticipar necesidades administrativas y logísticas

  • Utilizar herramientas tecnológicas para el desempeño del rol

  • Realizar tareas adicionales según necesidades del negocio

Requisitos
  • Grado Asociado o Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas o área relacionada (o experiencia equivalente)

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como Asistente Ejecutivo(a) apoyando ejecutivos senior

  • Experiencia coordinando agendas, viajes y eventos corporativos

  • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Bilingüe (español e inglés)

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización

  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades

  • Alto nivel de confidencialidad, profesionalismo y discreción

  • Excelentes destrezas interpersonales

  • Proactividad, atención al detalle y buen juicio

  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con fechas límite


Pay Details: $21.63 per hour
