The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient management of the CEO’s schedule, communications, and daily priorities. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, professional judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The person in this position acts as a key liaison between the CEO and internal employees as well as external clients, facilitating meeting coordination and minutes, follow-up on commitments, and the effective execution of administrative and operational tasks. In addition, this role contributes to the optimization of administrative policies, processes, supporting decision-making and the achievement of the organization’s strategic objective.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO.
  2. Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO.
  3. Provide support for special office projects and assist other departments as needed.
  4. Manage time effectively by setting priorities aligned with organizational needs, maintaining flexibility for unforeseen tasks, and completing work within assigned deadlines.
  5. Always maintain confidentiality when interacting with employees, visitors, and all other contacts.
  6. Maintain professional conduct and adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and established policies.
  7. Comply with the Company’s departmental security and human resources policies.

Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor conferred by an accredited university, preferably in office administration.
  • Two or more years of experience is preferable in the health field.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
