Executive Assistant to Senior Executive

Location: Sunnyvale, TX (5 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

$100-105k base salary dependent on experience + discretionary bonus + competitive benefits package

An innovative, high-growth company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed Senior Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a highly visible executive and play a critical role in keeping a fast-paced organization running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is proactive, exceptionally organized, and thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly. You'll interact regularly with senior executives, manage complex logistics, and serve as a trusted business partner to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting
  • Prepare executive presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership communications, and operational initiatives
  • Act as a liaison with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Support special projects while anticipating executive needs and resolving issues proactively
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
  • Experience working with executive leadership in fast-paced, high-growth, or technology/startup environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of maturity, discretion, and sound judgment
