A corporation in the healthcare space is seeking an exceptionally polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, coordinating meetings, and organizing detailed domestic travel and meeting logistics.
  • Protect the CEO’s time by evaluating incoming requests, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring attention remains focused on highest-priority initiatives.
  • Coordinate executive, board, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring agendas, presentations, reports, and other materials are organized and ready in advance.
  • Manage meeting notes, action items, and deadlines while keeping stakeholders accountable and ensuring important follow-ups stay on track.
  • Assist with events coordination, leadership off-sites, and external attendances on behalf of the CEO.
  • Take ownership of special projects and business initiatives, conducting research, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across teams to keep priorities moving forward.
  • Serve as a liaison among the CEO, leadership team, board members, and more while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft and coordinate correspondence, presentations, reports, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Support office operations and vendor relationships as needed, partnering with the operations team to improve processes and create greater efficiency within the CEO’s office.
