Job Title: Marketing and Outreach Coordinator

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Department: Human Resources
Status: Full-Time


Location: Lincoln, NE 


Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant to the COO provides administrative, marketing, project coordination, and executive support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and A Blessing of Hope Family Services, LLC (ABOH). This position requires strong organization, time-management, communication, creativity, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Assist with the organization of the COO’s weekly calendar, meetings, appointments, and priorities.
  • Maintain excellent time management, scheduling, follow-up, and project coordination.
  • Provide the COO with a weekly update on the status of assigned projects, upcoming events, outstanding needs, and items requiring attention.
  • Assist with planning and organizing All Staff meetings, employee celebrations, recognition events, and other company-wide activities.
  • Assist with coordination with other ABOH departments to identify operational, staffing, promotional, and resource needs and communicate those needs to the COO.

Office & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate the ordering and setup of operating supplies and furnishings for new and existing ABOH offices, including signage, locks, furniture, office supplies, painting, and other facility-related needs.
  • Obtain and present budget-conscious purchasing options, including the specific item, price, and proposed vendor/source, for COO review and approval.
  • Ensure all purchase requests are submitted to and approved by the COO prior to any purchase being made.
  • Assist with coordinating vendors, deliveries, installations, and other office setup needs.
  • Monitor projects and follow up to ensure tasks are completed timely and appropriately.

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Coordinate promotional meetings and outreach with DHHS caseworkers throughout Nebraska.
  • Develop and distribute promotional emails to caseworkers, community providers, and other professional partners.
  • Create and coordinate brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing resources for ABOH programs and services.
  • Create social media content, including Reels, TikToks, and other promotional or educational content, consistent with ABOH’s professional image.
  • Organize and coordinate community engagement events, outreach opportunities, and promotional activities.
  • Work collaboratively with ABOH departments to develop marketing materials that accurately represent their programs and services.
  • Assist departments in identifying opportunities to increase awareness and utilization of ABOH services.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize new technology, software, and digital marketing tools as needed
