Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive & Personal Assistant. This is a dual-focus role that includes both executive and personal support responsibilities by design.

Executive & Bomb Party Support
  • Manage and prioritize the Executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel, and competing commitments while protecting executive time.
  • Coordinate meetings and events end-to-end, including scheduling, agendas, materials, logistics, travel arrangements, and follow-up actions.
  • Track deliverables, action items, deadlines, and business priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability across internal stakeholders.
  • Manage email, correspondence, records, documents, and reference materials while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate communication, gather information, anticipate business needs, and keep projects and initiatives on track.
Personal & Household Support
  • Manage personal and family calendars, appointments, reservations, travel arrangements, important dates, and recurring commitments.
  • Coordinate household operations, including vendors, maintenance services, deliveries, appointments, errands, purchases, returns, and pickups.
  • Research, arrange, and oversee services, activities, travel, reservations, purchases, and other personal or family needs.
  • Support planning and execution of birthdays, holidays, special occasions, gatherings, gifts, and invitations.
  • Maintain organization of household projects, personal to-do lists, and outstanding responsibilities, ensuring timely follow-through and completion.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in a comparable support role preferred.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or business owners is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, schedules, and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
