Role Summary:
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, your role is essential in maximizing the CEO's effectiveness and efficiency. Key responsibilities include organizing the CEO's schedule for meetings, calls, and travel, as well as managing correspondence between the CEO and various stakeholders. The Executive Assistant also prepares agendas and materials for meetings and follows up on action items to ensure accountability.
