ADMINISTRATIVE / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Administrative / Executive Assistant to support our COO and office team. This role blends administrative, business, and personal support and requires discretion, urgency, and strong execution.


Role

Keep operations organized, communication clear, and priorities moving.


Responsibilities

  • Manage COO schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate communication across office, PMs, and staff
  • Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and HR processes
  • Track receivables and assist with collections/reporting
  • Plan and organize projects with minimal guidance
  • Run meetings (agenda, notes, action items, follow-through)
  • Handle administrative and occasional personal tasks
  • Maintain strong alignment across team and daily operations
