Job Description
The Domestic Asian Marketing Senior Executive Host is responsible for developing and coordinating programs to attract premium and high-limit players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Follows all Wynn Las Vegas core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
  • Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures, records and reports.
  • Verifies that all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and property-wide controls are enforced within the department.
  • Delivers and maintains a maximum level of service.
  • Contributes to company-wide communication and best practices.
  • Keeps informed of all new developments within the department.
  • Balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines, often in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • Monitor existing high-limit guest programs and develop knowledge of customer betting habits, credit situation, and levels of participation to manage programs to ensure maximum profit margins, adequate play levels, and appropriate cost control.
  • Host high-limit guests and accommodate their needs within program guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage return visits.
  • Award customer complimentary based on gaming action and program guidelines.
  • Coordinate, set up, and confirm guest rooms, meals, and gaming reservations.
  • Assists guests with questions and special requests to ensure coordination of guest needs to provide for their maximum convenience and comfort.
  • Support organization of special functions (parties, tournaments, etc.) and participates in telemarketing efforts to invite customers to special evet, individual visits, and/or obtain feedback on customer satisfaction.
  • Authorizes credit and complimentary in accordance with guidelines and policies.
  • Works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards.
  • Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
  • Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent required; Additional education or related sales and marketing training strongly preferred
  • A minimum of Four (4) years of previous experience as a casino host
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both in verbal and written form) in addition to the following languages: Mandarin and/or Cantonese and/or Vietnamese
  • Possess a clear understanding of Asian culture
  • Must be flexible regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times
  • Technical capacity; proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills for telemarketing and greeting guests
  • Ability to think independently in making real-time decisions to maximize guest service experience
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Possess sharply honed interpersonal skills, inspire confidence and exude authenticity with regard to both guest and team interactions
  • Effective time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must present well-groomed professional appearance at all times
  • *Local candidates strongly preferred - relocation assistance is not available
  • This is an in-office position at our Las Vegas Nevada property - remote and/or telecommuting is not available
