Job Overview:

The Job: You will primarily be providing administrative support to a law firm and property management company that each need carefully written and organized work.  This position will be based out of our Vergennes, Vermont office and is not a remote work arrangement.  It is anticipated that 55% of your work will be related to the law firm; responsibilities will include docket management, client communications, court filings, and extensive detailed work.  45% will be related to supporting a property development and management company with respect to its office activities; tasks would include the preparation of leases, compliance work, tenant and contractor communications, and extensive careful written work.  There are also general administrative tasks, including scheduling, file organization, and planning and permitting work.  You can expect to be busy and challenged at all times with interesting tasks where high precision and high quality are required.
