Job description

The responsibilities of an Erpelding Wealth Management (EWM) Executive Assistant are to support our clients and Private Wealth Advisors. This role leads by example and follows acceptable and compliant procedures. Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

SERVICE & SUPPORT

  • Manage inboxes and calendars to ensure meetings, appointments, and priorities are handled efficiently.
  • Help provide a 5-star client experience. This may entail client support such as timely communication and following up on outstanding requests.
  • Coordinate scheduling meetings.
  • Serve as the phone call quarterback, receiving incoming calls and determining the appropriate destination or next step.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, communication, and related follow-up items.
  • Manage documents, incoming and outgoing mail, and other administrative workflows.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks including booking work-related or personal travel, ordering gifts, stationery and office tools, and assisting with various projects such as holiday gifts or other initiatives as they arise.

Qualifications:


It is recommended that the EWM Executive Assistant have the following qualifications:

  • Must have industry experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Must also be comfortable providing & receiving feedback.
  • Above average math and data entry skills.
  • Flexible, friendly personality with multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Exemplifies EWM values of Do the Right Thing, Pursue Excellence and Gratitude & Positive Attitude.
