Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant III to provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, along with the ability to manage confidential information, complex calendars, executive travel, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complex executive calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.

· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.

· Prepare, edit, and proofread executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

· Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

· Serve as the primary liaison between executives, internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.

· Plan and coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and special projects.

· Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of executive-level initiatives.

· Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing executive communications.

· Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms to support executive operations.

· Mentor and provide guidance to junior administrative staff when needed.

· Continuously improve administrative processes and stay current on executive support technologies.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

· 5+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting senior leaders or executives.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

· Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting planning experience.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
