Duluth, GA | Full-Time in the office
Compensation: Salary 65-70k plus PTO

Our client is a growing, small business in Duluth that is adding an Executive Assistant due to continued growth. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together. This role is in the office, Monday-Friday, and does not offer any remote or hybrid opportunities.

What You'll Do
As a key member of the team, you'll provide administrative support to company leadership while helping ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently. This role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to work closely with executives, clients, and vendors while helping drive projects to completion.
Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Draft, edit, and prepare emails, forms, reports, and business communications
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, databases, and files
  • Work within the company's CRM system to track activities and communicate with clients and vendors
  • Coordinate project activities, follow up on action items, and help keep projects on schedule
  • Attend select client and project meetings to stay informed on priorities and next steps
  • Conduct online research and gather information to support client projects
  • Update company portals and databases with accurate information
  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and other project-related documents as needed
  • Support executives by helping prioritize tasks, manage communications, and streamline workflows
  • Assist with special projects and occasional personal administrative tasks
