Westaff Hiring Executive Assistant for Property Management Company in Meriden, CT!


Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (ability to be flexible & stay later as needed)

Pay: Salary is based on experience


The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant are:

  • Provide executive administrative support, including - managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arrange multi-party conference calls and preparing agendas.
  • Coordinate various projects and events, from planning to execution, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain office organization by managing supplies, equipment, and filing systems.
  • Have consistent interaction with Company employees and department heads
  • Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information


The requirements of the Executive Assistant are:

  • Candidate should possess of a minimum of 5 years of experience assisting a senior level executive
  • Proficient typing skills (minimum 70 wpm), and computer skills (Microsoft Office; Word; Excel; Outlook; PowerPoint and Adobe)
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in real estate construction, management, development, acquisitions, finance and multi-family housing is a PLUS
  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and utmost confidentiality
  • Experience in heavy calendar management while scheduling key meetings and events
