Job description

Executive Assistant

This Executive Assistant role supports an SVP and three VPs who oversee highly collaborative teams responsible for bringing global studio and productions to life as well as leading the best and brightest Talent organization in the business. They lead fast‑paced, people‑driven organizations where partnership, communication, and execution are critical. This role is ideal for an engaged, proactive assistant who enjoys working closely with executives, can understand how creative and technical teams operate, and takes pride in helping complex, high‑visibility work run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Support four senior executives by driving execution of tasks, solving complex problems, and supporting all executive administrative needs.
  • Manage all aspects of daily office operations.
  • Serve as liaison with other executive admins, IT, and Facilities.
  • Assist in all administrative functions, including maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, booking travel, handling expenses, preparing presentations, organizing events and meetings, and managing relationships with key people internally and externally.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense reporting, ensuring seamless logistics and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle all invoice processing for costs and liaise with Finance on any identified issues.
  • Coordinate the administration, logistics, and workflow for the assigned executives; track and follow-up on key "to-do" items on behalf of the assigned executives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and tact.
  • Interact with a wide variety of high-level ESPN and external contacts on behalf of the executives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-volume travel arrangements for executives
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in one or more languages, in addition to English, is preferred given this team's global scope and cross-functional partnerships. Spanish is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Concur, Workday highly preferred.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends/holidays.

The hiring range for this position in Bristol, CT is $79,400 to $106,500 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
