Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)

Assignment Type: Contract (3–4 months)

Pay: $34-38/hour (commensurate with experience)

Addison Group is partnering with a professional services company seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to C-suite leaders. The organization values professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks for senior executives, including calendar management, coordinating domestic and international travel, attending board meetings, and supporting office events. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite leaders.
  • Manage extensive executive calendars, including scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel plans.
  • Attend board meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Process expense reports and track expenditures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and gatekeeper to C-Suite leaders.
  • Coordinate office events and prepare meeting logistics.

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience providing executive support to C-suite leaders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur expense system.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
