Virtual Executive Assistant


Our client, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support its C-level executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.


This role is known for its exceptional productivity demands, where a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality are essential. While it can be demanding, it offers significant rewards. Daily responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage your client's daily schedule and priorities to assist them in achieving their ambitious aspirations.

  • Take charge of calendar management and scheduling.

  • Engage in research and formulate plans to facilitate your client's personal and professional growth.

  • Exhibit initiative to pleasantly surprise and gratify your client.

  • Establish strong relationships within your client's network and team, actively aiding in the management of these vital connections.

  • Lead the way in handling internal and external communications, crafting presentations, generating reports, and managing social media engagements.

  • Assist with drafting and editing of documents, including memos, presentations, and reports, ensuring that they are professional and well-structured.

  • Handle confidential information; act as a liaison between executives and other staff.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and prepare expense reports.


Requirements

  • A suitable work-from-home space

  • Minimum internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum

  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

  • Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) at a time that suits your client
