Why Join Us?

We believe in empowering our team with the tools and support needed to excel. As a Federal Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IT solutions within the Federal Government. This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to influence and grow within a high-impact, fast-paced environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.

Your Opportunity for Impact

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying and growing new accounts within Department of Agriculture and its sub agencies. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers and sales professionals to craft innovative IT solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your ability to navigate the complexities of the Federal Government contracting process will be key to driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that ensure long-term success, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers across the Department of Agriculture and sub agencies such as Forest Service, NRCS, FSIS, APHIS, etc., leading to expanded customer bases and increased market penetration.
  • Partner with Paragon Micro's Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to deliver customized technology solutions that address client needs, including Network Solutions, Security & Mobility, and Virtualization.
  • Manage account relationships with senior-level engagements, crafting strategic sales plans, and negotiating complex deals that ensure customer success and profitability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative products and services that help clients optimize their IT environments.

What We Offer:

The chance to be part of a fast-growing company with a strong reputation in the IT industry.

A collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous learning and professional development.

Competitive compensation package with performance-driven incentives.

Opportunities to lead and shape high-impact IT projects within the Federal sector.

Who You Are:

You are a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional value through innovative technology solutions. Your proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities, coupled with your talent for building and nurturing strong customer relationships, positions you as a trusted advisor in the industry.

You excel in creating meaningful connections, fostering trust, and collaborating with customers to craft tailored solutions that deliver measurable results. Your customer-first mindset, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence make you a vital partner in driving success for both clients and the business.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience, with a focus on Department of Agriculture and sub agencies like Forest Service, NRCS, FSIS, APHIS, and ARS.
  • In-depth understanding of Federal Government contracting, and relationships within the Federal industry, particularly Civilian agencies.
  • Existing client relationships that you are willing to engage in conversations to compete for their business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and persuade prospects at various levels of an organization.
  • High proficiency in cold calling and crafting personalized messaging to initiate meaningful conversations that showcase Paragon Micro’s solution capabilities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales approaches to address complex customer needs effectively.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue and margin goals, successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with experience engaging key decision-makers and influencers to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading technologies and OEM's in the data center, network infrastructure, cyber security, modern workplace collaboration, and cloud.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
