We're hiring Carrier Executives at multiple levels, from entry-level professionals looking to launch a career in logistics to experienced Mid-Market and Enterprise Carrier Executives ready to drive strategic partnerships and network growth.
In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding and strengthening our carrier network. Depending on your experience level, you'll build and manage relationships with transportation providers, identify growth opportunities, negotiate capacity solutions, and help deliver exceptional service for our customers. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
Whether you're starting your career, bringing experience from another sales-focused industry, or are a seasoned logistics professional with an established carrier network, we're looking for motivated individuals who thrive on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering results.
What You'll Do
  • Develop new carrier partnerships and expand existing relationships through prospecting, lead generation, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with carriers through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner by providing transparent and timely updates to carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, increase carrier value, and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Utilize TransLoop's industry-leading technology platform to drive efficiency, visibility, and operational excellence.
  • Deliver reliable, exceptional customer service that reinforces confidence and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and a best-in-class experience for carriers and customers.

What You'll Need
  • Ability to confidently conduct a high volume of outbound calls and prospecting activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to build strong relationships, solve problems cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and/or teammates to drive successful outcomes.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with Power Only transportation, team expedited dry van operations, flatbed/open-deck freight, or specialized carrier networks is a plus, but not required.
