Job description

Executive Administrative Assistant

Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company in need of an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and serve as the main information and communication manager for the office.

Role Summary: The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, handling information requests, performing clerical functions, managing calendars, handling expense reporting, and coordinating events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Make arrangements for travel, planning meetings, etc.

Experience We Are Looking For To Drive Success:

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of overall experience in the field
  • High School Diploma or GED (absolute requirement)
  • Strong calendaring experience
  • Experience with expense reporting
  • Event planning experience

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Experience working with executives in tech companies like Meta, Amazon, or Google
