Military, veteran, logistics, operations, legal admin, executive assistant, or professional services experience is a strong plus.

What Youll Do

  • Support the firm owner with scheduling, priorities, communication, and follow-up
  • Help manage client inquiries, consults, appointments, and next steps
  • Coordinate tasks between attorneys, paralegals, admin, marketing, and tech support
  • Track deadlines, projects, recruiting activity, and operational priorities
  • Help organize files, workflows, documents, and internal systems
  • Assist with candidate communication, recruiting coordination, and interview scheduling
  • Help prepare meeting notes, action lists, project summaries, and follow-up reminders
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, referral partners, and team members
  • Help identify bottlenecks and improve internal processes as the firm grows

Who Were Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-through and ownership
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure
  • Tech-comfortable and willing to learn new tools
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong judgment and professional presence
  • Cleveland or Northeast Ohio ties preferred
  • Military, veteran, logistics, or operations background is a plus

Why This Role Matters

The firm is growing, and the right Executive Admin will help create order, speed, and better communication across the business.

You will be close to important decisions, growth initiatives, recruiting, client service, systems, and daily execution. The right person will become a trusted internal partner and help make the whole team stronger.
