Job description

Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is currently seeking a Program Management Executive Admin to join our Huntsville, AL. team. Work will be primarily on Redstone Arsenal.

The PM Executive Admin provides direct executive and strategic project management support to the Colonel (COL). This role is responsible for overseeing the command's project management office operations while simultaneously executing complex administrative duties. The Analyst ensures the COL's strategic priorities are tracked, executed, and communicated effectively across the staff and subordinate units.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the COL's complex calendar and daily battle rhythm. Synchronize scheduling with strategic priorities, coordinate executive travel itineraries, and process travel vouchers. Direct command-level project portfolios. Track milestones, assess risks, and ensure all PMO deliverables align with the Commander's intent and strategic objectives. Draft, review, and route executive correspondence. Prepare flag-level briefings, decision memos, and policy documents. Ensure proper formatting and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Track and enforce deadlines for internal and external taskers. Serve as the primary liaison between the COL, principal staff, and subordinate commands to ensure synchronized execution. Orchestrate command staff meetings. Develop agendas, capture minutes, and track post-meeting action items to closure. Candidate must have exceptional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive personnel or command issues. A proactive problem solver capable of anticipating the COL's needs before they arise and have excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable executive summaries.


Candidate must possess and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

At a minimum, 10+ years of experience.

Must possess a BS degree.
