Location: Indiana (Travel Required)
Home Floor Design, the residential division of Jack Laurie Group, is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to grow our business with custom home builders across Indiana.
This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You'll spend your time meeting with builders, visiting job sites, networking, and building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. If you enjoy being on the road, creating new opportunities, and helping customers succeed, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
  • Develop relationships with custom home builders, general contractors, architects, designers, developers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Schedule meetings and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Present Home Floor Design's products and services to prospective customers.
  • Manage opportunities and customer relationships using CRM.
  • Follow up with urgency and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Travel throughout Indiana to meet customers, visit job sites, and grow your territory.
  • Consistently achieve sales and booking goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management preferred.
  • Experience in construction, flooring, residential building, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using CRM software is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout Indiana.

What Makes You Successful
  • You enjoy meeting new people and building lasting relationships.
  • You have a "hunter" mentality and enjoy creating new opportunities.
  • You communicate with confidence and professionalism.
  • You take initiative instead of waiting for opportunities.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • You take pride in representing a company with integrity.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $70,000-$90,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)
  • Performance-Based Commission Plan - Your success drives your earnings.
  • Additional Allowances to support travel and business development.
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
  • Company Technology Provided
