Job description

Ready for an opportunity where your executive assistant experience is valued and you can make an impact every day? If you have at least 1 year of executive assistant experience, this Long Term Temporary Executive Assistant opportunity in Portland could be a great fit. You’ll earn $30-$35 per hour based on experience while working with a supportive team in a medical and dental records office where no two days are exactly the same.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support the executive team and helping keep day-to-day priorities moving forward. From managing calendars and preparing presentations to coordinating follow-up tasks and supporting company events, you’ll play an important role across many areas of the business.

This position is expected to last approximately 9 months while covering a leave of absence, making it a great opportunity to bring your experience to a new team, expand your skills, and take on a role with plenty of variety.

Long Term Temporary Executive Assistant Duties:
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the executive team.
  • Prepare presentations for company meetings.
  • Enter meeting notes and action items into company systems.
  • Create and coordinate follow-up tasks for executive team members.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $30-$35 per hour based on experience

Long Term Temporary Executive Assistant Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of executive assistant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous calendar management experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
