Position Summary-
A trusted financial services organization seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Transaction Coordinator to support complex real estate exchange transactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple moving parts, coordinating with a variety of stakeholders, and ensuring critical deadlines are met.
As the primary point of contact throughout the transaction process, you will help guide clients through time-sensitive exchanges while maintaining accuracy, organization, and exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Duties-
  • Manage exchange transactions from initiation through completion, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing timely updates and responsive support throughout the process.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documentation, including exchange agreements, closing statements, purchase and sale agreements, legal documents, and title-related materials.
  • Monitor critical timelines and proactively follow up with all parties to keep transactions progressing smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed transaction files.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, real estate professionals, attorneys, title companies, and internal teams.
  • Identify potential issues and assist in resolving them before they impact transaction timelines.
Requirements-
  • Previous experience in 1031 exchanges, escrow, title, mortgage, accounting, real estate transactions, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and independently while collaborating with a team.
