Job description

Seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Exchange Migration Consultant to lead enterprise Exchange migration projects, administer Hybrid Exchange environments, and support Microsoft 365 messaging infrastructure.

Required Skills
  • 8+ years of Microsoft Exchange Administration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019, Exchange Online, and Hybrid Exchange.
  • Proven expertise in Exchange migrations (On-Premises, Hybrid, Exchange Online, Cross-Organization).
  • Experience with mailbox/public folder migrations, migration planning, cutover, rollback, and post-migration validation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, and Active Directory.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Expertise troubleshooting mail flow, SMTP, connectors, Outlook, Autodiscover, and Hybrid configurations.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute Exchange migration projects.
  • Administer Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Hybrid environments.
  • Plan migration activities, cutovers, and post-migration support.
