Excel Facility Services is looking for a reliable janitor that will be able to provide excellent cleaning service.


Job Summary:

You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, you will be required to execute the scope of work for all assigned locations and locations assigned to you by management for coverage.


Janitor's Responsibilities:

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms
  • Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms
  • Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
  • Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary
  • Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures
  • Clean windows and mirrors
  • Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition
  • Follow safety rules and use safety precautions
  • Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location
  • Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building
  • Restock supplies in areas assigned.
  • maintains in attractive and clean condition areas assigned and notifies supervisor of necessary repairs of facilities and/or equipment, etc.
  • participates in workshops, training, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions.
  • Request to supervisor janitorial supplies for the purpose of ensuring adequate quantities for daily use.
  • Ensure that the doors are locked at night ( if applicable, ask your manager )
  • Must use Time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes.
  • Must complete IVR system if applicable or notify manager ASAP if any issues, not completing IVR to report services can affect hours paid.
  • Must always wear uniform and IDs while working.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently as needed.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Schedule:
Tuesday Thursday Friday, 2.5 hours per day from 6:00pm-8:30pm
Total of 7.5 hours per week
