Plant Operator – 12 Hour Shifts
Location: Windsor, CO
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Plant Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity—and possible long-term career—for someone looking to grow in the field of plant operations.
Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts (specific schedule to be discussed during interview)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take hourly operational readings and log data accurately.
  • Monitor and maintain analytical equipment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
  • Supervise plant activities to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Climb ladders and use a variety of wrenches and tools as part of daily duties.
