Company Overview:

Bread Lounge is a leading wholesale bakery supplying local restaurants. We are looking for a proactive Wholesale Office Coordinator to manage customer and vendor communication, orders, and office operations.

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Collect and verify wholesale orders from the B2B eCommerce platform.
  • Generate and print production, packing, and drivers reports using Excel-operated workstations.

Inventory and Data Management:

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and update the warehouse inventory database.
  • Order supplies and manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vendor records in QuickBooks and Excel.

Customer and Vendor Communication:

  • Handle inquiries and maintain relationships via phone and email.
  • Reconcile vendor discrepancies and ensure purchasing orders are fulfilled accurately.

Task and Office Management:

  • Oversee daily email communications and task scheduling using Todoist.
  • Perform general office duties.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, Detailed oriented.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred due to daily communication with production staff.
