WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Industry Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing industry-specific marketing strategies that resonate across Media, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports brands. This role will focus on driving adoption and demonstrating the value of Braze's platform in helping these brands achieve their marketing objectives. You will work closely with our sales, enablement, content and customer success teams to position Braze as the leading customer engagement solution in these industries.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Industry Marketing Strategy:
  • Lead the development and execution of a content and communications strategy tailored to this industry
  • Collaborate with sales and other industry leads to align Braze's value proposition with industry-specific marketing objectives and business outcomes
  • Develop frameworks and standards that drive consistency, efficiency and quality in all industry storytelling and enablement
  1. Content Creation & Campaign Development:
  • Create programs that highlight the relevance of Braze for the industries, from white papers and case studies to webinars and thought leadership
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop client-facing materials that effectively communicate the value of Braze's platform and industry solutions
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to generate and distribute deep insights that matter to our target customers
  1. Relationship Management & Industry Expertise:
  • Serve as Braze's expert on this industry, offering insights and expertise to internal teams and clients
  • Train sales teams and facilitate the ongoing exchange of knowledge and best practices
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from sales, clients, and agencies to inform content, research, and product development, ensuring our solutions meet industry needs

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including customer engagement platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with key stakeholders

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $114,000 and $171,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $133,000 and $200,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
