Job Summary:

The Data Analyst supports the Data & Analytics team with a focus on Supply Chain, by performing structured SQL queries, building basic Power BI visuals, validating data, and documenting logic. This role is designed to scale the team's output, not depending on senior analysts for daily guidance.

Location & Work Availability:

This position is Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote), based at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

What will you do?

  • Build and maintain basic report pages under the supervision of senior analysts.
  • Write and test basic SQL queries for analysis or validation.
  • Perform data quality checks using predefined patterns.
  • Update documentation in Confluence/OneNote/Collibra.
  • Support backlog items like building filters, updating visuals, and validating data loads.
  • Escalate data issues when something "looks off."

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in leveraging Excel and well versed in data analysis concepts
  • Solid foundational SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, CASE)
  • Basic experience building Power BI visuals and simple measures
  • Ability to follow existing semantic models and metric definitions
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to ask clarifying questions
  • Ability to learn WMS/ERP concepts with guided onboarding
  • Can execute repetitive validation tasks without losing accuracy

Nice To have Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft power tools (Power Query, DAX, pivot modeling)
