SUMMARY
Assist in the development and execution of equity mining and enhancing the consumer experience at Proctor Ford.
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:
  • Analyze equity mining software to determine best prospects to engage in the Ford service department
  • Connect priority customers to their current salesperson
  • Call and email equity mining opportunities
  • Greeting and welcoming overflow customers
  • Conduct customer interviews and surveys, analyzing and compiling data to report to service and sales managers for continuous improvement
  • Engaging daily minimum number of service customers
  • Developing and nurturing relationships scheduled marketing initiatives
  • Orphan data mining
  • Showroom visit phone follow-up
  • Inbound phone call overflow
  • Data Merging (as needed)
  • Consistent sales, product, and equity mining training
