SUMMARY
Assist in the development and execution of equity mining and enhancing the consumer experience at Proctor Ford.
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:
- Analyze equity mining software to determine best prospects to engage in the Ford service department
- Connect priority customers to their current salesperson
- Call and email equity mining opportunities
- Greeting and welcoming overflow customers
- Conduct customer interviews and surveys, analyzing and compiling data to report to service and sales managers for continuous improvement
- Engaging daily minimum number of service customers
- Developing and nurturing relationships scheduled marketing initiatives
- Orphan data mining
- Showroom visit phone follow-up
- Inbound phone call overflow
- Data Merging (as needed)
- Consistent sales, product, and equity mining training
