Job Title: Regional Account Manager
Company: Everyday Dose
About Us: Everyday Dose is a wellness company founded in 2021 that offers a health-focused alternative to traditional caffeinated beverages, blending functional mushrooms, collagen, and nootropics. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main liaison between our brand, broker and retailer's buying and marketing teams.
  • Lead all line reviews, item setup, and assortment updates.
  • Manage in-store promotional planning and execution, ensuring flawless coordination with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams.
  • Oversee digital marketing tactics on retailer media channels, optimizing visibility and conversion.
  • Coordinate digital marketing tactics driving to in-store with Everyday Dose's internal marketing team (e.g. email programs, Meta, Google, Influencer, TikTok)
  • Develop and execute strategies for off-shelf displays and secondary placements to drive incremental sales.
  • Build and maintain strong buyer relationships, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to grow the category.
  • Partner closely with demand planning and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and on-time delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics, report on key KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of account management experience in CPG, preferably within food & beverage.
  • Experience managing major regional retail accounts
  • Strong understanding of retail promotional planning, eCommerce marketing, and category management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, syndicated data (IRI, NielsenIQ, or similar), and retailer portals.

Benefits
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
  • Monthly health & wellness stipend

If you are passionate about building meaningful relationships and want to make an impact in the health and wellness space, we would love to hear from you!
