Mission of the Role
TBL Durables is a subsidiary of EverLine Coatings and Services, focused on manufacturing specialized pavement marking equipment and advanced pavement maintenance products. The company is best known for its patented 98:2 Spray Methylmethacrylate technology, which delivers durable, high-performance pavement markings for municipalities, contractors, and EverLine franchisees. As TBL Durables continues to expand the adoption of this technology across North America, the team is focused on supporting wider market use through product innovation, technical expertise, and strong customer support.
The President of TBL Durables Inc. provides strategic and operational leadership to a growing manufacturing and equipment development company serving the pavement maintenance industry. The President ensures TBL Durables delivers reliable, high-quality products and exceptional support to EverLine franchisees and external clients, while maintaining profitability and strong operational integration with EverLine Franchising.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational management - directly overseeing production, logistics, and support while collaborating as a peer partner with the Sales Leader to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
  • Lead the execution of the company's strategic plan and ensure alignment with EverLine's broader corporate goals.
  • Partner with the Sales Leader to drive top-line revenue, product adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate company strategy into clear objectives for production, support, and administrative teams.
  • Represent TBL Durables in strategic discussions with vendors, partners, and the EverLine executive team.

Operational Leadership
  • Act as the de facto Operations Manager, directly overseeing manufacturing, product assembly, support, logistics, and R&D prioritization.
  • Build and maintain production schedules, sourcing systems, and quality control standards.
  • Manage the support and training functions to ensure clients receive consistent, professional, and scalable product education.
  • Oversee product sourcing, equipment builds, and fulfillment logistics to ensure reliability and on-time delivery.

Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Own the P&L for TBL Durables, ensuring revenue growth, margin management, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with EverLine's shared Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budget forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee the Administrator, who supports order processing, inside sales, invoicing, and general administrative functions.
  • Establish scalable systems and processes for accounting, order tracking, and communication between departments.

Team & Culture
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and mentor team members within manufacturing, support, and admin functions.
  • Ensure smooth communication between revenue and production teams, balancing client demands with operational capacity.
  • Implement EOS tools for consistent leadership rhythm, including L10s and quarterly reviews.

Integration with EverLine
  • Maintain tight coordination with EverLine Franchising's leadership for strategic alignment, shared financial services, and supply chain coordination.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on product rollouts, franchise support, and system improvements.
  • Ensure transparency and accuracy in all shared reporting and performance dashboards.

Qualifications
  • 5-10+ years of leadership in manufacturing, operations, or industrial B2B environments
  • Proven P&L ownership experience and operational leadership at scale
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional peers
  • Experience with EOS or similar management systems preferred
  • Hands-on leadership style with ability to toggle between strategy and day-to-day management
