Event coordinators often face challenges such as last-minute changes, tight deadlines, and managing multiple vendors or stakeholders simultaneously. Building good relationships with suppliers and maintaining detailed checklists can help ensure smooth execution, even when unexpected issues arise. Flexibility and the ability to stay calm under pressure are also critical in delivering successful events.
