We're a fully remote team of 100+ spread across the U.S. from coast to coast. We operate on a strict no a**holes policy and are proud to have built a community of highly performant people that take our work seriously, but not ourselves. And, we're looking for exceptional people to help further accelerate our growth.

While we've raised $30MM+ to date from some of the world's best investors, we're profitable with a strong balance sheet and an indefinite runway. We pride ourselves on achieving rapid growth without having to incinerate capital.

About Our Products

ApartmentIQ is the all-in-one data platform powering smarter decisions across multifamily - covering 40M units with daily property and market intelligence used for surveys, research, and revenue management. We're trusted by 65% of the NMHC Top 50. Our sister company, MavenAI, delivers AI-powered marketing automation built by industry experts and integrated directly with property management systems, serving over 2M units.

The Role

We're hiring a Digital Events Marketing Manager to transform ApartmentIQ's proprietary data and market insights into high-impact virtual experiences that define how the multifamily industry operates. You won't just run standard webinars; you will architect a digital event pipeline—from technical roundtables to virtual summits—that positions our brand as the ultimate single source of truth for multifamily.

You build digital event systems that scale production, maximize attendee engagement, and aggressively drive pipeline. You'll be the connective tissue between our data, our technology, and our live audience. This is a high-ownership IC role reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll partner closely with GTM teams, product experts, and the Exec team.

What You'll Do:

  • Event Strategy & Insight Synthesis
    • Data-Driven Programming: Collaborate with our research teams to identify market-moving multifamily trends and translate them into compelling live event topics.
    • Abstract & Narrative Development: Master the art of converting raw data and technical features into "must-attend" presentation abstracts, scripts, and slide narratives.
    • Market Reactivity: Maintain the agility to spin up rapid-response digital panels or flash webinars tied to major industry shifts, news, or macroeconomic updates.
  • End-to-End Digital Production & Experience
    • Platform Operations: Own the technical stack for all virtual events (e.g., Zoom Events, Goldcast, Hubilo), managing speaker green rooms, live streaming logistics, and seamless broadcast execution.
    • Speaker Management: Source, vet, and coach internal executives and external industry leaders to deliver highly engaging, polished presentations.
    • Audience Engagement: Design interactive elements (live polls, Q&A, networking rooms) that elevate the standard virtual event into an immersive community experience.
  • Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
    • Omnichannel Promotion: Lead the promotional strategy across email marketing, social media, paid channels, and sales enablement to drive high-value registrations.
    • Content Optimization & Scale: Partner with the content team to build post-event workflows using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) to instantly slice long-form video into social clips, blog recaps, and email nurture tracks.
    • Pipeline Attribution: Track and measure event ROI through metrics like cost-per-registration, attendee retention rates, and post-event pipeline acceleration using GA4 and HubSpot.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a heavy focus on digital events, webinars, or virtual production, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or data-rich Real Estate technology company.
  • Technical Mastery of Event Tech: Deep experience managing modern webinar platforms, live-streaming tools, and integrating them seamlessly with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
  • AI-Native Workflow Competency: A demonstrable track record of using generative AI tools to scale event promotion assets, script variations, and post-event content repurposing.
  • Strong Project Management: Proven ability to manage a high-velocity event calendar, managing multiple speaker schedules and technical rehearsals simultaneously without missing a deadline.
  • Data-Fluent Mindset: Comfort analyzing registration and attendee behavior data to optimize future performance, as well as basic knowledge of how events impact overall SEO/AEO search footprints.

Why Choose Us:

  • Remote-First: We offer the freedom to work from home across most of the U.S. You'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, balanced with high-energy in-person offsites to build real connections and celebrate our wins together.
  • Competitive Compensation: We believe in hiring the best and paying accordingly. You'll receive a competitive salary that reflects your impact and expertise.
  • Paid Time Off: Take the time you need with our flexible vacation policy and dedicated paid parental leave to support you and your family's biggest milestones.
  • Your Health Matters: Stay healthy with high-quality Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans for you and your family.
  • Peace of Mind (On Us): We fully invest in your security with 100% company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance.
  • Protection for Your Whole Crew: Access supplemental insurance for the unexpected, plus specialized coverage to keep your pets happy and healthy, too.
  • Invest in Your Future: Secure your financial goals with our 401k Program, helping you build for the long term while you help us build the company.

If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation in the application or recruiting process, please contact your recruiter.

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

We want to alert you to potential recruiting scams targeting job seekers. Please note that our company will never request payment, personal information, or any confidential details during the interview process.
