Job description

Term: Cycle-term, start now through November 2026

Reports to: Senior Manager of Organizing

Salary: $4,583–$5,417/month (equivalent to an annualized salary of $55,000–$65,000), totaling approximately $25,200–$29,800 for the term.

Purpose

Runs the operational, technical, and content backbone of the GOTV (Get Out The Vote) and KYR (Know Your Rights) field program so organizers and engagement staff stay in the field.

Scope

Build and manage program tools: EP sign-up form, member surveys, phone bank setup, voter guide uploads

Own logistics: Zoom links, volunteer toolkit assembly, EP location confirmation and tracking

Maintain Asana hygiene and track deliverables and deadlines across the team

Produce and format decks and agendas (KYR, training deck, debrief run-of-show)

Draft program-facing copy: GOTV scripts, KYR invite emails and texts, debrief agendas, recruitment messaging

Package budget requests and EP payout paperwork with Operations

Manage data entry and clean handoffs to the data team

Note: Program-facing operational copy (volunteer scripts, member texts, event invites) is owned by the Field Program Coordinator. External and brand communications (press, social, funder- and member-facing materials) are owned by the Communications Manager.

Qualifications

2–3 years of coordination, admin, or operations in a program or campaign setting

Fluent in the stack: Google Workspace, Airtable, a PM tool (Asana or similar), form and survey tools; phone bank or VAN-type platforms, a plus

Strong deck and document production

Clear, fast writer for program audiences: phone bank scripts, member emails and texts, event invites (plain and on-message, not marketing copy)

Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable being the process spine

Mission alignment; returning-citizen or civic engagement experience a plus, not required
