  Assist with monthly Marketing admin duties, including but not limited to programming systems such as the kiosks, slot tournament system, overhead announcements, digital displays, social media scheduling. 

Ability to successfully use Word and Excel to create winner log sheets, rules and regulations for promotions and expense logs. 

Ability to learn printer plotter to create physical game board and all contributing collateral. 

Maintains confidentiality of all relevant information concerning employees, company assets and guests. Including handling input of sensitive data entry into players' accounts.

Maintains inventory and implements control of Players' Club merchandise and promotional materials.

Create and direct events and promotions on and off property to increase guest visits and casino play. 

Assures that a consistent offering of special events, tournaments and promotions is scheduled for our casino customers and all rules and log sheets pertaining to the event are complete.

Ensures that all Casino Marketing efforts are properly coordinated with other departments. 

Assist in the implementation of Casino marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, and campaigns.

On-property custom service including but not limited to occasionally hosting promotions, resolving customer complaints/issues in a professional, friendly manner (in person, via email or a phone call), assists in coordination and execution of Players' Club promotions as needed and distribution /placement of marketing materials and collateral. 

Operating a large format printer and working with its outputs to produce posters, game boards, banners, etc. (Full training will be provided, however this task will require occasional lifting up to 20-lb rolls of paper, bending to cut to measure, and adhesion of paper to boards 6-food wide.)

Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to gaming requirements of the Casino.

Possess excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner. 

Familiar with standard office equipment including copier, scanner, and desktop computer.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

Ability to learn proprietary programs. 


Requirements

Minimum six months previous promotional experience in a casino setting is preferred. 

Must be professional and friendly and be able to get along with coworkers and work as a team.

Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position. 

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends, and holidays

Must be over the age of 21 and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration. 

Advertising in Casino experience is a plus


Work Environment and ADA Requirements:

Must be able to stand for the majority of shifts. Must be able to work in a casino environment with loud background noise and a smoky atmosphere. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum 15 pounds, and can move about the casino and operational areas freely. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
