Do you enjoy bringing people together through well-executed events and exceptional service? As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting large-scale university events including commencements and school summits that foster collaboration, innovation, and connection across the country. Working alongside a dynamic and supportive team, you will help coordinate logistics, communications, registration, and on-site operations that contribute to memorable experiences for thousands of attendees.
What You'll Do
  • Manage a shared team inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to event-related calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate event registration and RSVP processes, maintain reporting, and support event communications.
  • Assist event planners with vendor coordination, event logistics, and operational planning.
  • Track event-related expenses, submit invoices, request purchase orders, and follow up on payments as needed.
  • Take ownership of specialized event functions and processes that support multiple events throughout the year.
  • Provide on-site event support, including logistical coordination and attendee assistance during events.
  • Partner with team members on event registration, catering, travel arrangements, faculty support, and other event-related activities.
  • Enter and maintain event-related data in designated platforms, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

Work Location
