Job description

Turpin Orthodontics is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our established Ruston/West Monroe/Monroe team.

The role of marketing coordinator encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including:
  • Monitoring metrics from digital and promotional content.
  • Management of social media page and posts to promote brand and special offers.
  • Monitor reputation management and patient engagement.
  • Manage internal promotions and events to improve patient experience.
  • Manage B2B partnerships and local events to drive brand awareness.
  • Support office with customer service training to improve patient experience.
  • Equally important is the ability and vision to strategically call upon and build relationships with schools, community members and referring dentists. In so doing, candidate must develop approaches to creatively and professionally promote and represent our practice.
  • Candidate must have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills a must. Dental and orthodontic knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Schedule:
  • Full-time.
  • Monday through Thursday from 7:45AM-5:15PM, Fridays from 7:45AM to 12:00PM.
  • Some evenings or weekends may be required, depending on event schedule.
