Park Manager duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Hire, motivate and train 20+ Team Members.
  • Understand, follow, improve and enforce all safety guidelines.
  • Serve all guests and Team Members in a positive way per Just Jump standards, bring all complaints or concerns to a resolution that is best for all.
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance is completed.
  • Lead team in maintaining a clean facility by understanding, delegating and inspecting all cleaning tasks.
  • Supervise staff time, attendance and productive to meet customer demand and business needs.
  • Create and communicate a weekly employee schedule.
  • Manage cash in a secure, thorough and accurate manner.
  • Track and manage inventory.

Qualifications for the Park Manager in order to ensure effectiveness in each job function include:
