Job description

Nscale is the GPU cloud engineered for AI. We provide cost-effective, high-performance infrastructure for AI start-ups and large enterprise customers. Nscale enables AI-focused companies to achieve superior results by reducing the complexity of AI development. Our GPU cloud bolsters technical capabilities and directly supports strategic business outcomes, including cost management, rapid innovation, and environmental responsibility.

We thrive on a culture of relentless innovation, ownership, and accountability, where every team member takes pride in their work and drives it with excellence and urgency. As an Nscaler, you'll build trust through openness and transparency, where everyone is inspired to do their best work. If you join our team, you'll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.

About the Role

You are the execution engine behind Nscale’s events program in the USA, with approximately 40% travel expected. This role is based in New York.

Nscale is building the engine of superintelligence — a full-stack AI infrastructure platform spanning energy, data centres, and cloud. As we expand globally, the Americas is a critical growth region for enterprise adoption, partnerships, and developer engagement.

We are looking for a US Events Manager to deliver Nscale’s regional event portfolio end to end. Reporting to the US Events Lead, you will take an agreed roadmap and make it real — owning logistics, budgets, vendors, timelines, and on‑site execution across flagship trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, and partner activations. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who is energised by detail, thrives under deadline pressure, and takes pride in events that run without a hitch.

What You’ll be Doing

Deliver the US Event Portfolio

  • Execute the regional events calendar set with the US Events Lead, owning delivery of each event from brief through post‑event wrap
  • Run multiple concurrent events without dropping details, flagging trade‑offs, risks, and dependencies early
  • Translate commercial goals into practical event plans — target audience, format, run of show, and follow‑up
Own End‑to‑End Logistics
  • Build and maintain project plans, run‑of‑show documents, timelines, and critical‑path tracking for every event
  • Oversee booth builds, demo readiness, AV, shipping and freight, registration, staffing rotas, catering, and venue sourcing
  • Act as on‑site lead: set up, troubleshoot live issues, break down, and keep the wider team informed throughout
Manage Budgets and Vendors
  • Track budgets at event and program level — raise POs, process invoices, and reconcile actuals against forecast
  • Source, brief, and manage vendors, agencies, and venues, negotiating to get more value from every dollar
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contracts so spend is always auditable and predictable
Support Partner and Executive Activations
  • Coordinate delivery of partner‑led and co‑branded events in support of the US Events Lead and partner teams
  • Manage speaker and executive logistics for keynotes, panels, and private briefings — briefing packs, travel, prep sessions, and on‑site handling
  • Be a dependable point of contact for partners, sponsors, and organisers in the run‑up to each event
Keep Every Touchpoint On‑Brand
  • Work with design, content, and comms to deliver booth graphics, collateral, signage, swag, and pre/post‑event communications on schedule
  • Ensure every detail reflects Nscale’s positioning as a full‑stack AI infrastructure provider
Enable Measurement and Follow‑Up
  • Own lead capture set‑up, data hygiene, and fast handoff into CRM so sales can act while interest is warm
  • Compile post‑event reporting against agreed KPIs and surface practical lessons that improve the next event
About You
  • 4+ years of hands‑on event management experience, ideally within B2B tech, cloud, AI, or infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ownership of trade show and hosted‑event delivery, from planning through on‑site execution
  • Exceptionally organised and detail‑oriented, with a habit of documenting everything
  • Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Calm and resourceful under pressure — you solve problems on the floor rather than elevate them
  • Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being asked
  • Able to work independently in a remote, fast‑moving environment while staying tightly aligned to global teams
  • Willingness to travel across the US, including some global travel
Nice to Have
  • Experience with event and marketing tooling (e.g. Splash, Cvent, Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana,Notion)
  • Familiarity with the US trade show circuit, venues, and vendor landscape
  • Experience supporting co‑branded or partner‑led events
  • Exposure to AI infrastructure, hyperscaler, or deep‑tech ecosystems
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives
Why This Role Matters

The US is a critical growth region for Nscale, and events are how we show up in it. As the US Events Manager, you will be the person who turns plans into flawlessly run experiences — translating complex AI infrastructure into something people can see, touch, and remember. Every timeline you hold, vendor you manage, and detail you catch shapes the market experience of Nscale. This is a high‑impact role for someone who takes real pride in delivery.

What We Can Offer You

At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact. We're building something extraordinary, and we want you at the core.

  • Highly competitive package (base + equity) with reviews every 12 months.
  • Join the fastest‑growing tech startup — push boundaries, collaborate with brilliant minds, and make your mark on cutting‑edge AI.
  • Expect a dynamic progression plan tailored to your ambitions. Grow by trying new things, leading, challenging the status quo, and owning your impact, always with our full support.
  • Human‑First Flexibility: We treat you as humans first. Our flexible workplace trusts Nscalers to deliver, giving you the autonomy to shape your day around life's moments.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job‑related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programmes. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $125,000 USD
