About the Role

As the Events Marketing Manager , you’ll take charge of our event strategy, overseeing a variety of initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, internal events, and client events. You’ll manage all aspects of event planning and execution, from crafting pre- and post-event communications to collaborating with sales for effective follow-up. You’ll also research and recommend the most impactful trade shows to attend, select sponsorship opportunities that maximize brand awareness, and book demos during events to ensure actionable next steps and opportunities post-event. With a focus on ROI, you’ll be a key driver of Closinglock’s brand growth and client engagement efforts.

  • Plan and execute trade shows, virtual events, webinars, conferences, client events, and internal gatherings.
  • Research and recommend relevant trade shows and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales to book product demos and maintain a pipeline of actionable post-event opportunities.
  • Develop and execute creative promotions and impactful event collateral.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and budgets for seamless event execution.
  • Track event performance, analyze ROI, and provide insights for future improvements.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience managing events, including trade shows and webinars.
  • Proven track record of driving attendance, engagement, and ROI through strategic events.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
