Summary

The Sales, Marketing, and Events Manager is responsible for building sales by creating and managing parties and special events while managing the daily operations of all sales and marketing aspects of the restaurant. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Drive sales - Compile sales projections and create comprehensive marketing and sales plans to achieve projections

  • Outreach to local charities, neighboring businesses/hotels, local residencies as well as alumni and social groups etc. 

  • Updating calendar of events in-store and on online event tracking platform (Tripleseat)

  • Build, promote and execute daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly special events and promotions from start to finish to achieve sales goals. By, working individually and with the corporate team as well as sponsors (beverage partners, local businesses etc.)

  • Social media marketing - Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google Business, EventBrite, TripAdvisor and company website as well as sending biweekly newsletters 

  • Take photos in-store on personal camera or phone to use on social

  • Work with corporate Graphics Team to develop marketing materials

  • Monthly sales calls with other Table 95 Hospitality Group (parent company) restaurants

  • Answer online reviews, voicemails and social media comments

  • Update internal marketing materials - table tents, flyers, chalkboards, check presenters, etc.

  • External/offsite promotion - meet with potential clients, host offsite pop-ups, bring promotional materials to local businesses, hotels and residencies 

  • Attend offsite networking events and stay up to date with local associations

  • Manage and oversee staff

  • Availability to work nights and occasional weekends

Education and/or Experience

Proven sales experience is a plus

Marketing/ Social Media experience is a plus

Hospitality experience is a preferred but not mandatory

This position requires a valid RAMP/TIPS Certification (Responsible Alcohol Management Program)
