Position Summary

The Marketing Strategist, Events develops and executes integrated event marketing and promotional strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This role leads the planning, promotion, execution, and measurement of events while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business results.

This position is based in Neenah, WI and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Travel up to 20% nationwide is required for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies that support business objectives and lead generation goals.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and event promotion campaigns.
  • Create event marketing plans, audience targeting strategies, promotional communications, and attendee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Brand, PR, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, schedules, vendors, and logistics.
  • Analyze event performance, attendee engagement, lead generation, and ROI to optimize future programs.
  • Maintain event and promotional information within CRM and related systems.
  • Serve as a company representative at events and customer-facing activities.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, trade show marketing, corporate events, or a related marketing discipline.
  • Experience planning and executing multiple concurrent events and promotional campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, digital analytics, and content management systems preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing-related field.
  • In lieu of degree, may consider a combination of education and related work experience.

Other Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring event effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing technology platforms
Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.

Coordination of offsite marketing/training events is required with up to 20% travel.ย
