Overview
Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Manufacturing Human Resources function and serves as an integral part of the employee experience at Alliance Laundry Systems. This role organizes and manages a wide range of tasks to keep the team running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Independently manages the daily job posting and tracking process in alignment with the terms set forth by the collective bargaining unit.
  • Leads the overtime planning meeting to document the overtime requirements determined by Leadership and posts that information accurately within the time frame agreed upon by the collective bargaining unit.
  • Manages the posting of information and communications on the company's app and other digital displays throughout the plant(s).
  • Inputs employee data and verifies entries against forms or records into the HRIS system.
  • Generates and executes basic reports or queries and provides summaries of data for use in analysis or decision making; validates output against systems. Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
  • Assists in the preparation of end-user documentation or training materials as needed.
  • Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR Team.
  • Maintains team member records including processing new hire paperwork and team member changes.
  • Assist with the attendance program and daily call-ins.
  • Actively participates in team member communications and coordinates company and community events.
  • Maintains HR-related dashboards and metrics.
  • Identifies and leads opportunities to streamline processes that reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Experience in Human Resources and HRIS systems required.
  • Bilingual a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Works effectively in a team environment, with exceptional customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail without sacrificing efficiency.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Physical Requirements:
  • Position involves sitting for long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
